We are a first-generation farm located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Sara's passion for farming started at a very young age. The farm was established when Sara purchased her first registered/pure bred Angus heifer "Stella". Stella was then shown at the Ontario County Fair and has been our foundation female ever since. Every year after Sara purchased Stella she also would purchase one or two heifers to show and grow into breeding stock to expand her herd. Every year the herd grew bigger and bigger and today Sara has a herd of 40 registered Black Angus cows.  

We offer a range of safe and wholesome agricultural products. We specialize in providing customers with grass-fed/grain finished beef, quality pork and tallow products. Our goal is to provide our customers with a high-quality sustainable product. Customers can purchase beef or pork in large quantities or by the cut! We also have a wide range of tallow products that are great for cooking or your skin care! We are constantly innovating and improving our products to meet our customers' needs.
